Jess is a hybrid from Neo-San Francisco who briefly stops by VA-11 Hall-A on her way to a nearby mall. She appears if Stella is served a Flaming Moai at any point during the game.

Jess is a dark skinned girl with cat ears and shoulder length purple hair. Her bangs hide her eyes.

Jess appears at VA-11 Hall-A to order a drink on December 27. While there, she and Jill have a discussion about the difference between Cat Boomers and hybrids.
